Cantstopshredding Posted August 5, 2007 Report Posted August 5, 2007 Has anyone on here ever fitted, or had someone fit LED's to a guitar neck before? If so, what type of LED's do you need to buy? Any advice on the fitting would be appreciated. Cheers, Steve. Quote

With the flat top, you might be able to use them to fill the entire hole for the inlay. Size, and color, would be purely a preference thing. Generally LEDs come in a few sizes... 3mm, 5mm, 8mm and 10mm. If you don't want the LEDs filling the entire inlay hole, you could use a clear inlay with the LED underneath it. The one I remember seeing a while back had everything wired just above the truss rod. Quote
