lonesomedave
Im trying to get my courage up to do some checking somehow on my Nitro finished body. Im kinda leaning towards the exacto knife method, because I have would have some control on whats happening I'd be willing to try the "freeze the body method", I just want it to be cross grain and no spider web cracking. I don't know it the compressed air stuff will give the more natural look... thoughts? I would appreciate any info of anybody elses attempts, success, failures, blade size, etc. Many Thanx- Dave http://www.flickr.com/photo_zoom.gne?id=847494242&size=m
hotgoalie11565
If you're going for a natural look, the freezer method would be the way to go. It would look a lot more natural IMHO.
guitart
If you want to distress the look of your guitar you could roll a rock over it a few times.
