mattharris75
Personally, I love Myka's headstocks. Very sleek, and they would look good on pretty much any body design.
GregP
Howzabout no headstock at all?
Southpa
I voted "other". 3 / 3 arrangement, Fender dished side profile ie. no headstock angle, staggered tuners, arrowhead shape. Strings straight through the nut. I never had such a slinky easy-bending feel on any other style of headstock, makes for a real player. anderekel
I gotta go with the dean wing headstock. I just love that giant thing on guitars, I love ml's and explorers, so that helps a lot too.

Dirge for november
I vote gibson for the explorer style headstock. In oher headstocks, I really like the Bo-el headstock: In fender headstocks I prefer the telecaster style headstock to the strat one, but generally I think they both are a bit cheap looking because of the lack of angle. I think I might be the only one on this forum (and don't kill me for it) but I don't like the Ken Lawrence style headstock at all.
joshvegas
why does no one like tele headstocks? I think they look great and amazingly well designed in terms of waste production! But in general i do think each guitar suits a different style headstock.
Chapov
I like the Ran Guitars pointy headstock I am a HUGE fan of symmetry, which is why I like V shaped guitars, and I think this goes well with them. I will use that headstock (thought a different tuner spreading) on my first guitar, a King V with a Floyd Rose, and 2 humbuckers.
foil1more
I like the PRS headstock. I built a bass from a kit and I made the headstock look like the PRS before I ever saw a PRS
bluesman94
I voted Gibson for the Explorer. It's not too pointy, not too curvy... and it fits so well with the Explorer's body shape.

Southbound
yep, explorer for me too. Seems it deserved a mention in the list since it's so popular I also like the Thunderbird headstock as well that's why my guitars will have a design that's somewhere between the 2 and be the greatest headstock of all time
westhemann
I like mine, but nobody on here seems to.But to be fair,I have as of yet not made it according to the design...I keep chopping off two points as being "too pointy" for the body style...because it was designed for my V offset design.. it does seem to be missing something though...I think I am not finishing the edges properly or something because in pics it looks a bit asymmetrical.. Plus on this one I rotated the tuners because I prefer it that way...but I think the consensus was that most people like straight tuners.. stereordinary
I'm also a big fan of my own, but oterwise my favorite for a 3+3 is Collings', and my favorite 6-in-line is the Fender Jazzmaster. Jim Soloway also has a very nice headstock and I've seen many fantastic designs on this forum by you wonderful gents.
