ChrisThompson
I just got an "Unfinished" alder tele body on ebay that arrived with that thick plastic sanding sealer. That sort of changes my plan to tru-oil the body. So I'll switch gears and want to do a Butterscotch Blonde "Blackguard" look. I'll leave the sealer on and just paint over it, as this is going to be a beater guitar. I've tried searching, but haven't found this. Who makes a decent rattlecan "yellow" that'll look good on a tele. Something like http://home.flash.net/~guitars/buttertelelgr1.jpg Also, the grain on this is awful, and most BSB are semi transparent, I guess I'd need something that'll work either thick enough to go opaque, or over a white primer. Any Ideas?
