etancixelsyd Posted February 5, 2008 Report Posted February 5, 2008 Hey, I've been looking into building a guitar for a while and I just picked up an old junker guitar from my friend for 10$. The guitar's body is plywood, and I'd like to build a new one ( I like the electronic system, so I'm going to keep it.) I know most of guitar building except for whatever the neck angle thing is and how to make it semi-hollow. I'm sure this information is already posted somewhere, but I can't find it. If you could point me in the right direction, that'd be great. Thanks! Quote

fryovanni Posted February 6, 2008 Report Posted February 6, 2008 Do a search for neck angle A pinned topic-link As far as "Semi hollow" or "chambered" building, do a search for those key words. The subject comes up constantly. You will find people go about this many different ways. There is no one method to offer. Peace,Rich Quote
