Broken Bridge Pins!

I know electric guitars inside and out but my friend brought me his guild 12 string acoustic and asked me to fix it and in return I can use it in the studio. I couldn't say no. 2 of the bridge pins are broken and i cant figure out how to remove them. I have never so much as strung an acoustic before and I couldnt find any info on google. any suggestions?

Are the strings still on? If they are then you should be able to wiggle the pins loose. If there aren't any strings, that's a different matter.

Gently push them up from underneath with a small piece of wood, or plastic.
