Gotoh Style Bass Tuners W Inner Bushing Available?

Have some used Bass tuners, Gotoh style, with the Bushings smaller than the lower "part" and therefore threading into it.

I'm looking for some more Crome ones of the same Style but can only find ones with the Bushings going on the Outside, Like:

Stewmac

GuitarPartsDepot.com have some similar, but looks like outsiders too.

Anyone know where to get the 'internal' ones?
