Lefty
So I have a Crate65 amp. It has an "extension speaker" plug but no "line out". So basically at shows it has to be mic'd which is kind of annoying. Is there anyway I can somehow change the extensions speaker to be a line out? Some sort of converter I can buy? Thanks. syxxstring
You'd probably rather mic it anyways. Direct feeds from guitar amps usually don't sound that good, they miss the magic of the speaker, especially if your not playing clean. Mattia
Sort of depends on whether a Crate 65 combo has much 'speaker magic' to offer. But yes, micing is of the good for a good amp.
