Trixie Cant Act Posted April 18, 2008 Report Share Posted April 18, 2008 Just wired up a new kit bashed guitar and the all the wiring seems correct, no hum from bad ground, all 3 pickups play, tone and volume controls work yet the volume is only half of what my 2 other guitars output. It seems the pick ups have the same impedance. The only difference is this guitar has only one vol and one tone for all three pickups HSH. My other is a dual HB gibson style 2V 2T and a strat with HSS 1V 2T. Any ideas or suggestions where to start? Thanks in advance, joe Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
GregP Posted April 18, 2008 Report Share Posted April 18, 2008 Confirm that the wires are definitely going to the right lugs of the vol pot is the first place I'd check.
