sb guitars
I'm gluing my neck together and I was told by 2 different, reliable, people that only one is good for necks. But unfortunately their suggestions were opposite! So please, enlighten me!
killemall8
most here will say that poly glue is compleltey unnecessary. it is strong, and also waterproof, which is pretty much pointless. just regular carpenters glue. you wont have a problem with it. CrazyManAndy
Titebond (the original version), a wood glue, is popular for many wood-working applications, including instruments. Hot hide glue is the traditional instrument glue but requires more prep. In regard to polyurethane glue, I refer you to this thread: http://projectguitar.ibforums.com/index.ph...st&p=349982 CMA Edited April 25, 2008 by CrazyManAndy
