Wiring For Single Coil And Hum W/ Volume Only

I'm looking for a wiring diagram for a hum and SC pup's and volume ( no tone pots ) and a 3 way switch. Any ideas where I need to look or can find one?

Are there any issues mixing a SC and a hum together I need to be aware of?
