Ripthorn Posted August 30, 2008 Report Share Posted August 30, 2008 Typically you want the hole just a little smaller so that the bushing "grabs" and stays in well. If you are really in doubt, you could drill a hole and insert the bushing only enough to get an idea of the fit and leave enough sticking out so that you could pull it out safely.
