Dearmond Pilot Deluxe Bass Pot Setup Change?

Hi All!

I have DeArmond Pilot Deluxe 5 string bass.

What I want,is to change this pot setup http://www.dearmondguitars.com/pdfs/wiring...luxe_Basses.pdf

to something more classical,separate tone/vol pots for each pickup and plain 3p switch.

Can it be done?

Is that an active circuit? If so, there's an awful lot that isn't shown.
