Industrial Production Finsihing

Dear Guitar Folks,

Anybody can point me to suppliers of industrial finishes/varnishes for production of 20 000 units per month.

I am a luthier but, I am now involved with big production guitars. I am at lost with huge production method.

While we don't put out nearly that quantity of work where i work, PGG could probably supply you. PPG offers the same basic products everyone else does though. Any major paint manufacturer should have a professional supply division for people in the industry that need quantity. If you're shooting nitro, Flo-Strip/Chemisphere has 55 and 30 gallon drums of both finish grade and cleanup grade lacquer thinner available for reasonable prices. Flo-Strip is an awesome company to work with.
