It may take a bit longer than your typical place like a stew-mac or LMI where they have a dedicated service staff waiting to take your cash. I think - dont quote me- but I think i have read of 2+week turn arounds- especially if the guy(s) are touring. (apparently they have a band?) I know this topic has come up before- I took a quick look to see if I couldnt find and link the topic- but I may have read it on another forum like talkbass or LesPaul forum perhaps.
