You don't explain what you're doing or what you need it for, etc, etc...If you actually want any help then you'd better provide information. What I need is plans on how to assemble a jig for a plunge router to route out my pick up chambers, pots, etc. into the wood. Not sure how else to explain the need for a plunge router to cut out material in a solid piece of wood. There has to be some basic dimensions for the pickup areas, etc. that's all. I don't think there are too many people on this board that have any plans "for a plunge router jig".
