E.g if you have a guitar that is buffed out above #2000 and the scratch repairs, will it be invisible? and the likelyhood of getting two scratches in the same place on a guitar is higher than a car, so it wont last forever. Mitch Posted March 16, 2009 Report Share Posted March 16, 2009 It's possible that you can't sand it before buffing because it sets of the repair reaction. I don't know about this it's just a guess.
