2k Clear Coat Urethane.....what Type Of Sanding Sealler

1.What type of sanding sealer is required a urethane clear(compatbility)

and

2. I am going to staining a veneer. Do I still need to seal it....I assume yes????

[wood is good]

You can just use the 2k as a sealer in a few light coats. It dries fast and hard enough.
