I have been wanting to do a nylon string guitar for a while, but was not able to get past the startup cost of doing an acoustic classical. This project has added one more build onto my list. The headstock is a great feature, but I like the way you have done a resurrection on this guitar and created something pretty awesome. I believe it's an old Harmony Bobcat from the 50's. I've been planning on eventually restoring it to it original condition but now i'm kinda wanting to duplicate this instead. Again, awesome work! Sorry for the bad quality, could not plug it into an amp to record, it would have pissed off the neighbors... So it's all via my Vox Tonelab SE, then directly on the soundcard of my laptop. I will make one of these! thank you so much. question: why didn't you carve out the whole of the interior? is there a structural reason? looks like the bridge is basically sitting on that protunding, not routed out piece of the body.
