I need the 400 and 800 grit ones. Tried searching "abrasive block", "diamond sharpening block" etc etc but none of them are the same.

Not sure what grit they are, but Chef's Choice is the nearest I've found, and works out slightly dearer than the Stewmac ones, but of course you won't have to pay import duty or extra VAT on them.

In the US it is called a diamond sharpening stone. The grit is rarely specified by number but rather as medium, fine, extra fine, etc. A chef supply place would be your best bet.

Thanks, I managed to find some on Amazon by searching those brand names posted ^ (and also just realised I could've enlarged the image on Stew Mac's version and seen the brand name printed on the side )
