Will I have a problem with the action since the wrap around bridge is exactly 12" radius??? I worried the middle strings will have good action, but the outer strings will be .030" higher. Just cut the slots in the bridge to have the same radius as the fretboard.

Sometimes you have to do that with fixed radius TOMs. For Floyd Rose style trems I use shims. For separate saddle bridges the answer is obvious...adjust each saddle independently. One thing I try to do is find TOMs that come close to the radius I need. As for the 18" Stew Mac Beam. It was worth every penny... until I can afford thissander. Workingman
It is not unusual for the TOM to have a slightly flatter radius than the board. At 0.003 I don't see a problem.
