theQuestioneer Posted January 13, 2004 Report Posted January 13, 2004 in my search for a finish application style that is A. reletively easy and B. reletively cheep i have stumbled upon this. it could be what i need. but dos anyone here have any experiance with it? is it a pain to use in reality? or is it really good. (i hope...) PreVal spray Unit Quote
LGM Guitars Posted January 13, 2004 Report Posted January 13, 2004 They suck IMO. I've used them for crappy stuff when I didn't have a rattle can with the paint I wanted. They don't last long enough and they really spit, it's not even as good as a rattle can IMO and I think rattle cans suck. honestly, if you don't want to buy a gun and compressor, spray cans are a better bet than those pre val things. Just my 2 cents. Quote
Scott Rosenberger Posted January 13, 2004 Report Posted January 13, 2004 They're only good for a quick headstock paint or something really small Quote
Guitarfrenzy Posted January 13, 2004 Report Posted January 13, 2004 I can't honestly say much about the PreVal because I haven't personally tried it, but I can say that LGM and Scott won't steer you wrong, they don't post alot but when they do they speak the truth.. Quote
