MiKro Posted May 27, 2013 Report Posted May 27, 2013 I found my old Jig I designed years ago for radiusing Fretboards using a router table. It is based on the Grizzly sanding swing. It will do compound and standard raduis boards. The documentation is not complete as I have moved on to CNC and no longer use this method. You should be able to get an idea of how it is made and it's use. Mike http://www.mikrovisions.com/Radius_Jig/ Quote
dpm99 Posted May 28, 2013 Report Posted May 28, 2013 This looks just like a jig I built to make radius blocks, except with mine, the router goes in the swing and the workpiece goes in the bed. Quote

Very similar. Like I said I built this a while back in 2003/04. Based it off of the Sanding Fretboard radius jig that Grizzly sells. Quote
