guitar_ed
Hey Jstoup, Where are you? Your info does not say. And it could have a huge impact on where you can get things, thus on how much you pay. Otherwise, eBay is a good source for stuff. Guitar Ed Advice worth what you paid for it. Nothing. MKGBass
Prices on Stew Mac's website aren't too bad on much. More than what you would pay in a local store, though. Warmoth also has a lot of options, but they can be pricey as well. Some of the more "Advanced Members" on this site might have some better ideas for you as far as budget cutters, but thats what i got. You planning to make this instrument from scratch, if so, where are you getting your woods and what kind, and do you have the tools you'll need to make it work? jstoup111
i got my wood locally and i have all the equipment as far as that goes. the only thing i dont exactly have that would be a big help is an engraver for my fretboard and my inlays
Reaper
Carvin. They might not have the pickups you want, but they have everything else. It's all high-quality and fairly low priced.
mdw3332
I'll second what Reaper said about Carvin. Get on their mailing list and check out specials. They have a retail store close to me with a pretty good selection. Marty
