Can I get a link to a reputable place to where I can buy a saw rasp?

I am preferably looking for a shinto saw rasp and I found one on amazon and it's 4.9 out of 5 stars but it comes from japan. Would my best route be amazon or some other place?

There is only one Shinto Saw Rasp so any place you can find them is good.
