Pedalboy
I am building a guitar that has a neck radius of 15". I would like to us a bridge that has a radius of 12" radius. Will they work together? I think that they only make the bridge with the 12" radius.
Phil Mailloux
You can very easily change the radius of the bridge by screwing the saddles lower or higher.
krazyderek
what kind of bridge is it?
Pedalboy
It's a Schaller Roller tune-O matic Bridge.
frank falbo
It will work okay, but ideally your bridge radius would be flatter than the fretboard radius. If you have a compound radius neck, you want the bridge to match or be flatter than the ending radius, not the nut radius. If you use a regular tune-o-matic, you can file the right radius into the slots on the saddle. But you're stuck on the schaller.
