Another stupid aerosol question?

How much am I supposed to spray in the first coat?Also any tips on how fast to move over the surface?

for me my first coats have always been really really thin, i leave it until about coat 6 before i get a little thicker

as for speed...um....i dunno really

just try and get a nice even constant fine mist , and don;t forget to start moving the can before you spray to prevent splatters
