sjaguar13 Posted April 2, 2004 Report Posted April 2, 2004 I'm going to start making bodies, but where do I get the wood? Is there someone here in Ohio? I heard about an amish place, but don't know where it is. Also, what kind of wood is good? I'm looking to make some cheaper bodies, but I also want something really exotic and cool, and something that no one usually has. I like flamed maple, but that's a little too common. I want something more exotic. Quote

kings_x Posted April 8, 2004 Report Posted April 8, 2004 Where do I get wood? I won't share the details but it usually involves my wife. I bought some leopardwood and mahogany here: http://www.northwestlumberco.com/ Quote
