guitar_ed
Hi SyxxSytring, StewMac does not sell the Fishman line. Having built a Tele with a Fishman, I would like to offer a few unsolicited comments. 1) Fishman makes two different pieces for the Tele. The difference is that the thru holes are 1/4" closer to the bridge on one of them, vs the other. Of course, I had the wrong one. You can see the results Here on the back of the guitar. (Scroll down and click on the Orange guitar) If you go to the Fishman web site, you can figure out which one you need. 2) The PowerBridge requires some very delicate soldering. 3) I used Fralin Blues pups and the Fishman is much louder. And it feedsback like a banshee, but in a wonderfully controllable way. I am not so sure how much of this is the guitar and the way I built it, or if it is inherent in the Fishman. Having said all of the above, I do like the PowerBridge and I am glad that I did it. Take care and take photo's. Guitar Ed ps: The west coast distributor for Fishman was/is Keith Holland

syxxstring
Do they make one for a humbucker? argh.....
guitar_ed
Hi SyxxString, No they don't, but if you ask them real nice, they might do a custom jobbie for you. Of course, now we are talking some serious $$. Guitar Ed
Scott Rosenberger
Why not use a Stacked Humbucker. My friend Nick has a '66 Tele with a Seymour Duncan fat Stack that sounds Killer and it's splitable for the Tele Quack
darren wilson
Why not just buy the bridge you want and retrofit GraphTech Ghost saddles and a preamp into the guitar?
