sjaguar13
I'm beginning to hate my set neck. I got to put this beast back on, but I am still working on the body. It's just the body, nothing else. I would have to put in the TOM posts (the things that actually go into the guitar, are those posts?), set the bridge and neck on, test the strings, then I would have to take the bridge and posts out to paint the guitar. Is it hard to get the posts back out? I just bought the body the way it was and it didn't come with the posts. It looks like they came out clean, too. Another issue is actually gluing the neck back on. If I get it so it lines up with the back of the guitar perfectly, there is a slight gap on the bottom edge. It's only a couple millimeters. Thing that's going to hurt anything? Also, should I use TiteBond or Gorilla Glue for the neck?
goth_fiend
i would only use titebond on that for the matter that gorilla glue foams up and makes a huge mess, also if you didnt have it clamped well enough i would be concerned it would shift in the pocket and then your screwed.
