it would definatly help to know what type of warlock you have, im thinking either a usa model or a custom shop because i have never seen a import with anthing other then vol, tone, vol, switch, and thats 'bout it, let me know the model and i can tell you what you got.

Well it's got a reverse point head stock (Like a Gunslinger) gold hardware

ser# 22902 and a org. Floyd Rose and has diamond shaped inlay on the neck!

and is green w/black swirls in the paint (cool as hell) !!

Hope this helps ( same three switchs I've seen on a Assaassin! )

Looking at that switch layout, it's probably (from top) phase sw, neck coil split, bridge coil split. Are your pots set up VVT? If you can't figure it out, take a picture of the cavity, and somebody around here can figure it out. My US Bich has a different switch lay out, but it's active and has the varitone, so it's not even close. It looks like a Japanese NJ, so I'd assume it's not active lectronics, but there were a few. Nice axe, BTW - let me know when you get tired of it, I'll take it off your hands. :D

what they said, and from what i can tell its a weird one, bolt on with a floyd, so it cant be a custom shop (from what i have heard rich refuses to make bolt on customs...go figure) probably a phase switch and coiltaps

Yeah, but they've been making guitars for over two decades, and Bernie Sr. made plenty of US bolt necks back in the day. The main reason I tend to think import is the lack of active electronics/varitone, but even that isn't a good indicator. I'd sure like to get a better look at it, especially the inside (hint, hint). :D

OK!! The top switch looks to be a coil tap (for whichever pickup is connected to the top volume), the middle looks like a coil tap for the other pickup, and the bottom is probably a phase switch for that same pickup. I've seen that setup in NJs before, but it usually has a pickup selector switch also, so this one kinda threw me. HTH.

BTW, nice pics!
