LGM Guitars Posted April 26, 2004 Report Share Posted April 26, 2004 It's entirely up to you, but by most law's to spray 2 part poly you must use an enclosed explosion proof booth with proper filtration. That is if you are going to be doing it on a regular or semi-regular basis. However, beyond the legal aspects, I recommend that if you are going to spray 2 part poly, you set up a booth that will at least contain all the overspray until it falls to the floor and can be swept up. As for personal protection, I won't spray it without a full face forced air respirator and a full coverage paint suit. It's not a paint you want to just kind of mess around with, you need to take it seriously, it's beautiful paint, but it's dangerous. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
