Primal
Why not just replace the input jack?
spirit
Why not put this in the Electronics section?
krazyderek
if it's the shot gun style input jacks that are enclosed there's not a whole lot you can do other then replace them... what exactly is wrong? scratchy sound? loose connection? no connection? you might be able to reach in there with a REALLY small set of needle nose plyers and bend the contact back into place
Setch
Those 'shotgun' style jacks suck the biggest possible big one. I really don't like them. Even the good quality switchcraft ones I've used are noisy, intermittant and downright unreliable. Yuck.
madcow
problem: spontaneous popping and crackling sounds; i think t might be the connection, or that its just dirty.
