Dragyn
I am building a guitar from pieces and I have gotten to the point that I have a sharp neck with some nice inlay, but am having trouble identifying what tuning machines I can use. It is a 3 X 3 set up, but the holes in the headstock are 5/16ths or 8 mm. I am trying to find some black chrome tunners that fit that so that I do not have to go and redrill the tuning machine holes. Any suggestions as to mfgrs or brands?????
litchfield
Shaller, grover, and gotoh all make mini tuners that would fit great. Gotos are great, korean and inexpensive, but very reliable. Also, you could take 2 sets of ping 6 in line (1 L 1 R) and then eliminate the screwholes.
