No point really. but theoretically you could i geuss, If you were careful not to change the angle with uneven glue. But the pocket for a bolt on may not be tight enough for a set neck, If not you could layer it with some kind of coating.

um, i dont know about that one, It would take stability of the neck away, and tear up the finish on your guitar, but I geuss you could. If your new to this, you should probley check with a pro, or get somone else to do it.

i refinishing the guitar btw. but i was just wonderin if theneck would have enough wood in the neck pocket to stick to. Isn't the pocket on set necks really deep in?

On some it is, but on some its not. You would probley be fine, if you didnt take off too much.

do you use to bottom frets enough to actually do this, or just cause its somthing to do.

i actually use them a good amount and i've scalloped up to the 12th fret so i want to be able to make use of that. (i don't reallylike doing exta work unless its helpful :D )

i would take off about asmuch as is taken off of a Jem AANJ.

what about if you used two bolts on the holes farthest away from the headstock and glued everything in. and rounded it out like an AANJ but half set half bolt...or would just be over kill :D
