Connection two EMG's

I bought them, and I looked at the diagram and some things confuse me.

I want to know what some of those wires go to, also is that how you hook up one pickup or two?

Well, you have two pickups, one red wire from each one.

Another thing, I do not want to have a switch, but have two switchs that will either have the pickup on or off. How would I wire that?

Take the white wires from the switch, the one in the middle will be on one of the toggle switch and then jumped to the other toggle switch. Now the top wire will be on the other blade or connector of the toggle and the white wire from the bottom will be on the other toggle. Now you will solder the black wire to the chassis of the first toggle and jumped to the chassis on the second one... I will like to post a drawing but don't have one now... If you have more doubt just use the like that BLS posted...

wow that confused me, a diagram would do wonder of helping me out. I am retarded with out them.

I think i am figuring it out with out the diagram, another question, becuase the there is one switch for each pickup, would anything happen if i turned both of them on and can i still do some Tom Morello style playing wheer he switchs the pick up on and off with one volume knob all the way up and the other all the way down?

Eighter that way or just by switching one switch off and the one that is from the pup that you are using (just) flip it between on and off.
