GREGMW
How do you drill the headstock for the truss rod adjustment on a strat style neck, I mean what type of jig etc do you use? Any photos or links. I was going to try to make up a kind of small horizontal drill press, but I thought it would help for some input. Dr. Jabsco
With my drill press you can adjust the table part so that its at a certin angle, and then I would just clamp the neck on once its perfect.

Hardtailed
You could use this: http://www.stewmac.com/shop/Tools/Jigs/Mac...Drill_Jigs.html That's interesting too: http://www.stewmac.com/shop/Tools/Jigs/Tun..._Drill_Jig.html
Jehle
Also, have a look at GuitarFrenzy's Strat thread. There's a good shot of how he drills with a standard drill press. Guitar Frenzy - Strat Thread
GREGMW
The info sheet from stewmacs interesting, and is what I was kind of going to build but it looks pretty easy with the drill press too!

And that's why I love this forum. There are so many good ideas that pop up in here.
