ShreddyKrueger
I am working on my project les paul, and i was thinking about what finish to put on it when I remembered that i once read that les pauls are harder to reach the upper frets on. I thought about doing a contoured heel that is available on the warmoth bodies. Does anyone have other ideas? Thanks in advance

envenomedcky
why pay the extra money to have warmoth do it when you could do it yourself? There is a tutorial on doing the countour heels on Jems and RGs, but I'm sure you could figure it out for a paul. good luck
goth_fiend
i would do it myself like these guys have said, you could do a deep set neck and carve the heel i would think, little more work but a much nicer result i would think.
