    yeah it does get quieter when you turn it on, so what does a coil splitter do, it splits the humbucker into to single coils?

    its an el degas, haha ive been trying to find somthing out on this guitar and there is nothing about it, anywhere, but it was cheap, and i wasnt sure if i liked guitar yet and i love it! and its got some sort of cheap pickups that are not heavy enough for me haha.

    so ive got this little switch on my guitar, when its on it hums, and when its off, it doesnt hum, ive had the guitar for 2 years, and still dont know what it does. haha so what does it do?

    very nice, im making one like that in my woods class, but im not sure where to put the input. any suggestions?
