The other 4 positions are the standard positions. I talked to the guy on guitarelectronics.com and he showed me a 5 position switch that allows you to route any pick up to and position. Looks really cool. Thanks

I am rewiring my friends strat and he wants to change the bottom (farthest away from you when your playing) to all 3 pick-ups on. Has anybody done this? Is there any diagrams that you know of on how to wire it. Thanks

I am thinking about making the body wings on a guitar out of Cherry. Has anybody done this? What is the tonal quality? Thanks guys.

Totally understandable. I still have the fender squire that my dad bought from me when I was 9.

I hate to say it but the best way to get your guitar to sustain more is go to work an hour early and stay an hour later for the next month, then sell the guitars you have and go out and play like 100 different ones till you find the perfect one for you. I just think that sticking some thing on your headstock or changing a bunch of thingys on a guitar that your not happy with in the first place defeats the whole purpose. Just my opinion.

I hope this isn't a dumb question. But, when you see that a neck has a radius of 12" or 15" or whatever what does this actually mean? Thanks everybody.

I am building a guitar that has a neck radius of 15". I would like to us a bridge that has a radius of 12" radius. Will they work together? I think that they only make the bridge with the 12" radius.

I am building a neck through solid body guitar w/ 2 humbucker pick ups. I am using SD seth lovers which are really warm and jazzy. I would like to use a body wood that accentuaute the high end. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
