Hi everybody, I'm a first-time builder and so far everything is going great. I just routed pickup cavities and got my Dimarzio humbuckers. They came with two long machine screws, and I'm wondering how to mount them. I've read that you NEED mounting rings, but I've seen some guitars that don't appear to have them. Do you absolutely have to have the mounting rings, or can you just screw the pickups right into the cavity? Thanks, Matt
