Ah no, SCN refers is Fenders abbreviation for Samarium Cobalt Noisless. Where standard (?) single coils usually have a thread in the actual pickup case, these have a v.small threaded metal insert instead.

Hi! Is it my imagination or are the metal inserts on these absolutely TINY! Does anyone know what size screws to use? I want to put them in my'82 blazer but the stock screws are too big. Any help grately appreciated!
