CantPaintForNothin

I had just finishing my final coat of clear coat when I noticed a small drip.. So I let it dry and started to sand it a little to smooth it up.. well when I went to re-shoot some clear coat on that spot it started to peel and crack and repell, making a nasty texture look on it, and I can't figure out why, I did use water to sand with, perhaps I didn't let it dry long enough, I'm really angry, if I had just left it alone...
