Recently started my first electric guitar build. Its an SV/Alexi V guitar... So far, only the body has been shaped, it still needs routing for the hardware. I've got a couple of problems seeing that I planned to make a bolt on and now have too 'skinny' of a neck area to join a neck on to. I am now thinking of sawing the body in half and making a neck-thru body.

I know I'm a newbie but you can get a thick glossed sheet of A2 card - avaliable from any where which sells big sheets of paper. Then all you have to do is trace your drawing onto it then cut out the card and there is your template! If you need more help - Email me at jim_curry@hotmail.com
