  2. Theres no alder for a neck on that site? If the body was alder what type of wood should i have for the neck?
  3. What do you guys suggest on buying necks? Is there any site or place where they have different possible necks to buy? Like all different types of woods? Let me know

  6. Is alder heavier and prettier? Why would you choose that over poplar
  7. I heard about someone making a solid electric out of poplar. Is that an okay wood to make one out of? It's really light and soft.
  8. So that is $27.50 is that about as good as you can get a good instruction book for? How many solid electrics does he show in that book?
  9. There is probably already some information about this on here but what is a good site to order a good instruction book on building a solid body guitar? Who has the best instructional book and how much do they cost? For an electric. thanks.
