It was one of the Angra guitarists, Kiko Loureiro or Rafael Bittencourt. All the solos on their cover totally eat Priest. They made the first one neoclassical, lmao.

from what i can remember, the start of the solo sounds like the neck pickup, so try that. Apart from that, use buzzy practise amp distortion, and year old strings.

I suppose saying "That's horrific!" would be relative as well IMO most of the gimmick guitars like that are nearly pointless.

alternative, because there are just so many options left to be fitted in there. all the different genres of rock apart from classic rock. classical music. alternative music. ..rave.. ahem...
