  1. Then why not just play a midi keyboard that can also do that? Bottom line is, that thing won't play like a guitar because you can't do bends, whammy, harmonics, etc. actually ON THE STRINGS the way you do with a real guitar. That thing reminds me a lot of the Segway. Really fancy electronics with a lot of engineering, but ultimately a really expensive piece of useless crap . ← u dont get it i does everthing just like a real guitar, ACCEPT IT!

  3. as a matter of fact it is possible, but as said by others latency is bad, specially when the software youre using is only meant for comunication, but i get 3.9mbps and i pulled it off with a friend all i did was run the server on my own computer, to get an edge, at least a 50% improvement http://www.goteamspeak.com its what i use to talk over the internet to my fellow gamers, we like to keep strategy at an all time high
  4. it can recieve pedals for bends, pitch shift and alot more, this isnt your yamaha crap.
  5. 1.actually is not yamaha its from starrlabs, and theyre really expensive. 2. yes greg people buy them for synth use but you might want to have control over sustain as you do with guitar strings instead of having a trigger string sensor which isnt as flexible I imagine. "The Z6-S (shown above) mounts six StringTriggers, velocity-sensing strings of any type or guage. A new optical pickup system, advanced preamp, and processing algorithm contribute to our fastest, most sensitive and reliable triggering system ever." I suppose that if what senses the strings are optical elements then the note holds untill the string stops vibrating and with the computer it can probably set to work either way http://www.starrlabs.com/ztars.html
  6. we are forgetting that a 1mm diferrence can be conpensated with the saddle intonation. yes it would work besides what keeps you from taking some sandpaper to itand reworking it
  7. the funny knob looking thing atop the strings is actually a joystick much like the ps2/controller for menu-ing thru the onboard computer
  8. i have such vst plugin (any mono vst effect) and i use sonar 4 producer ed.
  9. isnt she beautiful, ima have to phone thesee guys and ask them if the strings are simulated like real strings because most of of these guitars have one shot string sensors, this+sonar4P=heaven...maybe..synful orchestra VST
  10. useless replies aside, thx to everyone and yes, i want to monitor the recording signal thru my amp cuz im working with mono and my computer speakers are good just not big enough to hear only from one side also i rather make it stereo at the end BTW, if the send/return are effects loop then why cant i do an effects loop i tried
  11. you can still just file the pegg down
  12. i dont think the return goes thru the preamp, cuz my reverb doesnt work from the return
  13. well, do you realize that if the trem arm scrwed all the way in then it wouldnt spin when you need it outta the way, i really have no idea why you would screw a trem all the way in, its just not practical in other words, you are suppossed to allways see some of the thread
  14. hi everyone, well.... i wondered if its safe to connect the audio out from my soundcard to my amp's return input, im not good with sound so i have no idea if it is safe, i tried it and i heard no popping or nothing strange but i could be frying it anyway thanx in advance
  15. basically i want to know if the amp's SEND output is amplified or preamplified "only"
  16. hi, i wanted to know if i can connect the send output of my amp to my souncards line-in, is it possible or will i fry it? i have a sounblaster live. the main purpose of this is that i want to use the amps tube pre-amp, my amp is a solid state power-amp, tube-preamp.
  17. i hope i didnt get anyone excited, does anyone know a software for online or jamming or webpage? online, as in over-the-internet thanx in advance
  18. i was wondering if the BOSS "BASS SYNTH" can simulate synth sounds for a regular guitar as well? as a matter of fact i dont even know if it is for a regular guitar to simulate a bass. im looking for pedals that give my axe a moog sound. thanks in advance
  19. hey guys i just got a 60 watt tube amp a metalzone-2 distortion pedal (the one with the equalizer) and an ibanez RG321MH, its all good but i dont think the PU's are all that, any suggestions-not to pricey i hope. thanx in advance
