    ok you wanna shield it like this, than you can get whatever one sounds good! if you want hot I recamend the seymour duncan quarter pound Its ausome and its VERY hot. Or you could just go with a set of EMG active pickups... those will never hum!

    Today I was taking some old electronic stuff apart and found a 50K sub-miniture pot! I really want to put it in my (passive) guitar, I would use the one thats in there now for the 2 single coils(a 250K) and would use the mini (50K) for the humbucker. Is this possiable? would I need a special cap or something? cuse this could be ausome... Rock on

    Just buying wood you can get a "new" guitar for under $70(with good wood) Just drop ALL of your parts out of that thing and into your new body. than youve only spent like $70 bucks. Than well the other body on ebay(you'll probally get like $60 cuse its so rare) and there you go you just paid for your new wood! ROCK ON

    ok ok I know this is for single coils, but I did it to my humbucker equpied guitar and it silenced it... Just read through it and once you get the general idea DO IT. Basicly what you want to do is tie all the grounds together at one point than wrap that in rubber tape and run ONE wire to the ground... well you get it just read the thing

    man Drak thats an ausome tele! mabye you could do a tutorial on how you did that ! ya you could do all that to fill your grain.. or just buy this
