    My all-time favorite guitars beside Ibanez are Pensa Suhr guitars. Completely different from Ibanez in terms of body and neck shape, kinda "old school". I've heard that these two gentlemen set up their own companies and they both have the same model but with some differencies, the Mark Knopfler model, my favorite of them all (the yellow-amber one with quilted maple top and EMG p-ups). I've noticed that the shape of the body is kinda smaller than the regular strat body with some more clever contoures and angled neck joint.     I'm thinking of getting one of these installed on my guitar project. I can't seem to find some info on the web besides pictures on stew-mac.com. I've heard that this kind of trem can be set up to raise pitch as well to detune strings without trouble of the Floyd Rose type of trem unit. Any info would be great! Thanx mullmuzzler | OSSMT

    This stuff helps a bit, but if you could post the exact measures or a scheme, that would be sweet ! Does it go all the way up to a neck pickup route or...? Also, the neck pocket screw holes' dimensions and their placement would be cool to post. Thanx mullmuzzler | OSSMT

    I would like to throw a nice flame or quilt top on my RG project guitar like on some John Suhr or Tom Anderson models (not the thin paper-like veneer that I can press onto body with some bags of sand. Yes, I read your tutorial on universaljems.com last year:)). Is there any way to perform this task without using some fancy and expensive machinery? The top would be 4-5 mm thick.

    I saw Dream Theater last summer in Budapest and I was astonished by the looks of his new guitars from Music Man. I've said to myself: "If you can't afford it, build it!! ". So, I'm gathering info about that guitar ever since. I have a rough (but not so rough) template which I draw in CorelDRAW marking outline from the scanned images and photos from the net that I came across. But, I need some info about those damn edge chamfers and ribcage contour on the back of the guitar (measures). So, if any of you have any info that will help me, please post it here or mail me directly. Thanx
