It's rough around the edges, but I don't care.. I'm not a luthier and I've had a lot of fun. What do you guys think? I've been trying out finishes, but I can't seem to find a finish anywhere near what I want.. From left to right; Bare/No Finish, Colonial Maple, and Red Mahogany... I used Miniwax wood finish, I think what I need to use is a dye, right?
I'm looking for a deep/rich orangey-dark yellow kind of finish similar to this, anyone have any suggestions on what I should use?
